Guy runs mad today in choba

It all happened this afternoon in choba junction popularly know as (uniport junction) when a boy in his early twenties dropped down from a taxi, after receiving call, i was told he started to pulling of his cloth and barking like a dog. it was confirmed he run mad immediately after dropping from taxi and picking his calls.
